Simply click on “Our Products” & start shopping! Just remember to “CHECK OUT” & fill up the order form accurately. An order confirmation will be sent to you via email within 24hr. Your order will be mailed to you once payment is received.
For shoppers within Singapore: We appreciate inter-bank transfer to our POSB Savings Account #120-53597-8. Alternatively, you may also issue a crossed cheque made payable to “Toh Pei Sze, Betsy” & mail it to “Blk 467B, Admiralty Drive, #14-135, Singapore 752467.”.
For overseas shoppers: A Paypal Invoice will be sent to you via email within 24hr. Pls process payment as soon as possible since your orders will be mailed to you via registered mail only after Paypal notifies us of your payment.

In your email, pls indicate clearly your name, email address, contact number & a detailed description (item, colour, size in cm, any other special requests) of the item you wish to customize. A quotation will then be emailed to you within 24hr.
How long do I need to wait for my order?
Generally, we mail orders out via registered mail to customers within 24hr after we receive full payment. So, the faster you make your payment, the earlier your order will reach you. J For customized orders, we will advice you on your expected delivery period.
For shipping within Singapore: Postage via registered mail will be SGD 3/item. Orders should reach you within 3working days after your order has been mailed out.
For overseas shipment: Postage via registered mail will be SGD 6/item. Orders should reach you in 7-14 working days after your order has been mailed out.
How is my order being sent to me?
Your order will be carefully packed in waterproofed packaging & sent via registered mail to you.
Can I return my order if I do not like it, or if it has some defects?
We take pride in providing clear product images & detailed product descriptions for all items listed. Hence, we appreciate that you look through them carefully & not change your mind afterwards. J
We also make sure all products are packed carefully in waterproofed packaging, & even bubblewrap selective products to make sure that they will reach you safe & sound. If, however, unfortunately you do receive your purchases with defects, we appreciate you email a photograph showing defects details to betsy@knottybicsie.com.sg & Betsy will liaise with you personally on a case by case basis.
Can I order 2 pieces of an item in exact same design?
For Baby Booties: We make 5-15pairs per design. Once a design has been labeled “Out of Edition”, we will NOT be able to make another pair.
For ALL OTHERS: All our other products are one-of-a-kind. Hence, if you really like any of our designs, we can only make something SIMILAR, but never exact same replica.
This is to make sure that All Knotty Bicsie Creations are indeed exclusive & unique designer pieces.
Can I have workshops conducted at my home instead of Betsy’s home-studio?
All lessons are conducted at Betsy’s home-studio located at Admiralty Drive (10min walk from Sembawang MRT Station – NS line, about 30min from Orchard MRT Station)
However, if you wish for lessons to be conducted at the comfort of your home or any other venue of your choice, there is a surcharge of S$30.00/lesson, which can be shared among students if you are having a group lesson.
(Eg. 2 of you sign up for Scarf project to be conducted at your home. Then you & your friend will each pay S$15.00/lesson/student, on top of your workshop fees.)
What is the minimum quantity order to get a wholesale price?
For wholesale arrangement, minimum order is 100pcs of a SAME ITEM (can have up to 4 assortment of colours), plus an advance notice of at least 2months.
However, to maintain the exclusiveness & uniqueness of all Knotty Bicsie Creations, wholesale order have to be for items &/or designs that are not already available on Knotty Bicsie’s online shop.

Can I join Knotty Bicsie as a craft instructor?
We are always looking out for new talents! So if you’ve got crafts to share, click on “Crafting Studio” to join Knotty Bicsie Crafting Club (KBCC) or you can also email betsy@knottybicsie.com.sg your name, email, contact number, website/blog (if any), & the craft type that you specialize in. Pls include also in your email images of your own creations.
Can I consign my handmade products with Knotty Bicsie?
We are always looking out for new talents! So if you think your creations will look great in Knotty Bicsie’s online shop, simply email betsy@knottybicsie.com.sg your name, email, contact number, website/blog (if any), & the craft type that you specialize in. Pls include also in your email images of your own creations.
